I know how you feel on cyber sleuth, but somewhere in the later chapters it picked up for me. i guess i liked fighting some of the later bosses. Have you tried God Eater ? some decent action there.

These are the Vita games i have enjoyed from what i have played: Gravity Rush Tales of Hearts World of Final Fantasy Neptunia...anything Assassins creed liberation Mod Nations was fun, annoying Plat, but fun racer played God Eater and FF10 on PS4, not sure of vita quality, but enjoyed...

i have 3 gamestops in surrounding area, 2 still have small area for vita on the floor. one has no vita in the store. They told me that they are no longer selling vita games.

Have not played it on the PS4 so not sure how it will control, but on the Vita using all the touch functions was put to use very well in this game. not an extreme plat to try and go for, if you are into that, but you will get pretty good at controlling the touch features.

I like Mod Nation for the Vita, was a good Kart game. was a pain in the ass to plat, not because of the game or difficulty though. the online part was a bit difficult to find people for.
