This thread is for clearance-- not for sale items. Price reductions for clearance seem to happen on Monday, although not every Monday, but could also occur any day of the week depending on your store's price change team. Price adjustments on clearance are typically not allowed, but some have succeeded or have been able to do as return and rebuy. If you try be sure to bring a smile and a lollipop.

Target often donates its older clearance titles to Goodwill stores, so keep that in mind when you're trying to find items. BigDirty: "Further reduction is possible when a game's price ends with 8 cents. However, when it ends in 4 cents it will NOT drop anymore. If it ends in 9 cents, it's just on sale or on a non-clearance reduction." Also, note that, typically, games will drop three times-- from 30%, 50%, then to the final drop of 75% off of the original price. Some people, however, have seen further drops up to 85%.

When posting deals, please include game, system, price, city and state. For example:

Here is a fairly easy way to check your local Target's pricing-- often price tags will not be correct. Thanks to BigDirty for this:
1) Go to Half.com or a similar site. Search for the game to locate its UPC code number. It's in the gray box underneath the box art graphic.
2) Go to UPC Data ,Milk.com , or UPC Database and enter the code so you can print out the UPC. Go to Target and use the price scanners to scan your printouts.

Thanks to Mephitical for this tool for locating clearance titles, which is located here. Go to Amazon or Target to find the item's ASIN. When you find it, replace "B000O3IS48" in the URL with your item's ASIN. This will take you to a page asking you for your zip code. Type in your zip code and click enter-- this will display a list of local stores and whether or not they have your item in stock. YMMV on it working properly.

The lowest known price will be posted. The item could be higher or lower at your store. Numbers in yellow are DPCI numbers, which can be used to check the prices of items on newer scanners.

Got GTAIV:LE (360) at the Willoughby, OH Target for $42. It was a few feet below the regular GTAIV 360 game marked at $60. Big fail. There were at least 4 left there. The Mentor Target also had this for $42. The Mayfield Hts. Target still has it ringing up at $60+.

I got the same bike, i was happy to grab the last one locally for $88. Runs on 4 D batteries only, unless you order a plug adapter($30).
I've played Halo 3 while riding it.

I almost got Eye of Judgement as it was marked for $34 and I scanned it to $17.-- and debated for awhile. I didn't really care about playing the game but thought it was a great deal on the Eye, but I don't know if I'd really even use that so I thought better of it. There were some GTA SE there but they were behind a case and I didn't feel like having someone get them out to scan since I'd only pick it up if it was in the $20 range.

Here is the scoop on the exercise bike
(works great, just got done with an hour session of biking + lost odyssey)

It took me about half an hour to put together (while watching baseball so if you focus could be less time). Resistance is surprisingly good, broke a pretty heavy sweat on a top level.

Total cost with tax was 47 bucks, plus an additional 20 for the power adapter from sears (or you could just use 4 D batteries), so for $67ish gym quality exercise bike.

I actually can't ride the thing unless i'm gaming because i'm so spoiled now! It's very easy to get lost in a online FPS or a sports game and the time flies by.

Yeah, but you use the eye in little big planet to bring in your photos/textures/drawings etc... $17 would be well worth it to be able to do all that in LBP.

This is hilarious! I just told my wife today I wanted to try playing my 360 while working out on an elliptical trainer. She didn't think I could do it. She may be right. Maybe I could do it on a bike. But I can burn 500 calories in 40 minutes on an elliptical. Only way to go in my opinion.

I played guitar hero on an elliptical. It isn't easy. Other games are better for that. You need something that doesn't require quick reflexes. Puzzle games, card games, turn based games, something like that works pretty well.

I would recommend Carcassonne

I couldn't find that bike on Amazon so you might be SOL as far as the inventory tracker goes. I hate to say it and I know everyone is going to hate to hear it but calling may be your best bet. I know, I know, don't call.

Most Target stores do their electronics clearance / price drops on Mondays. It can vary and some stores are on a different schedule, but by and large the standard is electronics clearance comes through the pricing team on Monday morning.

I wasn't able to complete my normal Monday morning Target run because I was running late. However found some decent deals over the weekend. One Target must have had 2 Pink batteries in the stock room because they were out in electronics all of a sudden. Snagged them both for $2.98 a piece. They were showing up out of the system. I asked someone with an LRT (he seemed to be clearance marking toys on a Sunday, btw) to check the price and it showed $2.98.
I also saw 3 Eye of Judgment sets for $17.xx. They were marked at $34.xx so there is a possiblity they might still be there. I passed on those since I already have a cam.
