You are limited to one game at a time, no matter which plan you have... and it's only PS3, PS2, 360, and Wii games.

If the store has a used copy at the time you rented it, it charges you the used price. If the store DOESN'T have it used at the time you rented it, it charges the new price. (Most employees don't actually know that, so if you call and ask, they'll just quote you the used price. Be careful.)
