Microsoft sends them for free. There's a website to do this. But, what I did was just save myself the shipping time and bought a 64MB memory card from Sears for $5 and transferred my saves that way. Games and DLC can be re-downloaded for free, so it's no big deal to not transfer your XBLA games.

The Panasonic TH-42PX80U is about $700 at 6th Ave. The price fluctuates between $698 and $768 from week to week. I actually got Best Buy to price match it over the summer at about $725. Excellent TV, and it is routinely on sale everywhere for roughly the same price.

Honestly, I think that Microsoft charges WAY too much for one of these. Anyway, I just saw them at a local Target on Clearance for $70. I still think that that's too much - they shouldn't cost more than $50 new, and I wouldn't pay more than $40 for a used one.
