Except I'm pretty sure that they would say that they couldn't take it back because its open, one of the other reasons why it sucks to have an open one. I don't mind used games, but I'm not going to pay full price for a used game, and if I have to examine my new game before I use it for scratches...
Your right you've changed my mind. Customer service like this is definitely worth spending the extra money and paying full price for used games, getting asked the same questions 5 times each, and borrowing you my money free of charge for an indefinite time that actually guarantees me nothing...
No its just because your in a big metropolitan area so plenty of people get a shot at the clearance, they are well liked in the cities though so that does make things tougher. I've found great stuff at the Targets in the cities though, you just need to know where to look.
