Quite a number of import stores allow you to do this. Also I know when ordering PVC figures from GSC's online store I can select paypal and they won't charge or attempt to until the item releases, then they will try a charge and if it fails send you an invoice via paypal.

Just got back from Lemay ferry location in StL. Picked up a paintbrush and collectors with relative ease. Coupon printed out and I even won a ka'ching prize... They had a lot of collectors and regular editions left and only a few paintbrushes, overall a great experience!

Got back fro Lemay ferry location in STL earlier today, didn't see GT5 but did manage to grab donkey kong, the coupons printed out with no hassle too! Also I did see RDR Zombie and all of the other titles, except GT5.
